Ganga, a beautiful village belle, falls in love with Vijay. Their love at first sight occurs when Ganga is rescued by Vijay from the clutches of Daku Jaggu. Jaggu, seeking revenge, kidnaps Ganga, killing her mother in the process. Brigadier Ranvir Singhs parents intervene but they too are killed by Villainous Jaggu.Daku Jaggu ravishes Ganga. As she tries to escape, she is caught by four drunks, is taken in a car, Ganga raped and tossed out of the running car. Battered, broken, humiliated, she comes to Maa Sherawalis temple and seeks her divine intervention. Maa wishes her with a boon. About this time she meets Brigadier Ranvir Singh and tells the name of the real culprit behind his parents murder. The truth turns the Brigadier into a hungry, stalking tiger, out for revenge. Ganga turns into the dreaded wounded tiger. The hunt begins. Meanwhile, Vijay comes as a police inspector in search of Ganga. On meeting the ferocious, utterly transformed Ganga, he requests her to turn herself over to the law…… Will Ganga succumb to the request?….. If she does, will she get justice?
