Unknown to Haider, Neelofar is in love with her cousin Waseem (Deepak Parashar). When Haider, Neelofar is in love with her cousin Waseem (Deepak Parashar). When Haiders advances are rejected he withdraws and decides to forget his college romance.
After a grand Nikaah (marriage) Neelofar and Waseem’s marital life hits a rough patch. While Neelofar awaits her husband in loneliness in search for the home of which she once dreamed, Waseem is busy trying to build his career as an architect.
When Waseem fails to turn up for their first wedding anniversary party, Neelofar confronts Waseem – only to rebuild her life as a writer, Neelofar comes across Haider, who is now and Editor and publishes Neelofar’s work. Haider take the role of a friend, philosopher and guide-but still nurses a secret desire to have a future together-Neelofar starts reciprocating Haider’s feelings.
In the meantime, Waseem is regretting his actions and tries to meet and convince Neelofar to re-marry him…
