RAJA is a happy-go-lucky youngman who has to bully extravagant people to raise cash, to provide everything to his beloved NISHA. But unfortunatley most of his life is spent transiting in or out of prison. Nisha loves Raja but, she doesnt like Rajas reckless life style. Raja comes across BHEEM THAPA who has been watching Raja like a shadow. Thapa tells Raja that he can help him fulfill all his dreams for Nisha only if Raja agrees to pay Thapas tune.
