SYNOPSIS
Shanti is married to a drunkard and has a small baby. Her own husband brings his friend Dhanpat to his house. Dhanpat rapes Shanti while her daughter looks on being terrified by the incident. Shanti hands over her daughter Anju to her loyal servant Ramu, and tells him to take Anju to her grandfather because she was not safe in the hands of her own father. Shanti dies. Anju grows up and becomes a lawyer. Her grandfather dies leaving a will that incase she does not marry his entire property shall be transfered to the trust. Anju hates men to the chore of her heart. She always thinks to avenge the death of her mother from Dhanpat. She handles a case where a driver Rajesh is implicated on the charge of murder of Kamini Devi. He pleads no guiltyy but all th evidence stand against him. Vijya is C.B.I. officer who is tipped against the evil doing of Dhanpat. Anju wants that Rajesh should get capital punishment but defence lawyer Malhotra proves that Rajesh is not involved in murder of Kamini Devi. Here Anju comes to know that he is the person whom she had been looking for to avenge the death of her mother. Dhanpat kidnaps Anju and he is on the veige of killing her when Rajesh kills him. Vijay produces the evidence which proved that Rajesh was falsely implicated in the murder rap. Cout acquited Rajesh and pardons the murder of Dhanpat by him because it was in the interest of many lives.
