Pan Hu Lan burns with a desire for revenge on his father’s killers. Once of age, and in full command of his ninja skills, he sets out to put the matter to rights. Arriving in a small town where he thinks the killer can be found Pan finds himself leaping to the defence of a young flower girl who was being menaced by local thugs.

It turns out that the girl’s father is the murderer Pan so desires to revenge himself upon, but she persuades him that her father is not the key. Rather it is the evil Ming brothers who, alerted to Pan’s presence, attempt to use the flower girl as bait to lure in and kill Pan. But Pan and the girl have a different outcome in mind…
