Synopsis:
Victoria No. 203 is a story about a diamond heist and how the lives of so many different people get intertwined in the search for lost diamonds. Bobby Bombata (Javed Jaffery) who is a rich industrialist and his moll Devyani (Preeti Jhangiani) are smitten by these lost diamonds. Bobby is willing to do anything to acquire them, so much so that he hires the services of a cat burglar, Tora (Tora Khasgir) to steal the diamonds. Tora performs a daredevil heist and escapes with the diamonds. Just as she is about to do a double cross and keep them for her self, she bumps into the infamous Ranjit (Kamal Sadanah) who ends up stabbing her. She escapes though, and falls next to Victoria No. 203 in which she hides the diamonds, however leaving the Victoria s driver Raman facing charges for attempted murder. Raman’s daughter Sara (Sonia Vinod Mehra) is forced at this stage to ride the Victoria in order to earn money for her father’s trial. There she meets Jimmy (Jimmy Joseph) an expert on diamonds, who takes a ride on the Victoria and instantly falls in love with Sara. She also bumps into Raja (Anupam Kher) & Rana (Om Puri) – two small time crooks that are recently released from jail, who have a plan of their own. All the above results in an unbelievably hilarious climax in which someone s bound to find the diamonds, but just who will it be? A slapstick comedy for all the family to enjoy, so funny it will leave you in stitches
